Joe Fondahn, CPA, MBA

Founder

With more than 20 years of experience, Joe Fondahn has helped hundreds of individuals and businesses navigate complex tax laws, optimize financial strategies and achieve financial success. As a Gonzaga University accounting graduate with an MBA from Washington State University, Joe brings both expertise and a personal touch to every client relationship.

As the founder of Fondahn CPA, Joe specializes in personalized tax planning, business advisory, estate consulting and investment advisory services to ensure that each client benefits from tailored financial solutions.

Matt Parrish

Senior Staff Accountant

Matt is a multi-talented individual with degrees in both music and accounting. With more than 15 years of accounting experience, he brings his knowledge of tax preparation and attention to detail on every client project.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys practicing Hwa Rang Do martial arts and acting as treasurer of the World Hwa Rang Do Association.

Rachel Conner

Operations and Client Support Specialist

Rachel has worked for the last decade managing project workflows and communications with clients. A graduate of Walla Walla University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, Rachel puts her knowledge to work in helping clients on both the accounting and investment sides of the firm.

Outside the office, Rachel is married to a semi-professional bowler and when not in a bowling alley, she enjoys riding motorcycles, writing fiction, and spending time with family.
